Its upper floor features six small double rooms with private bathroom. Couples may rent a double room. The hall served as a depot for agricultural equipment and vehicles. Completely cleared out, the hall is an attractive location for weddings, anniversaries, conferences and seminars. The hall, which also houses a grand piano, is also used for theatre rehearsals. And in one of the adjoining the special olive oil of San Pancrazio is stored.
